CORE CONSULTING AND TRAINING SERVICES

BCM TRAINING

Implementing Business Continuity Management in an organization necessitates a client-side project manager (and maybe project team), who need to possess basic subject matter skills. Training courses range from one or two day introductory courses to five-day certification courses including a widely recognized certificate.

REVIEW AND AUDIT

Having a BCM reviewed certainly adds values and enhances the chances to be sure that nothing substantial has been left out. It also serves to contributer to a continuous improvement process, as being mandatory for the implementation of a BCMS (Business Continuity Management System.

EXERCISES

A plan that never has been tested is of no great value. It is thus imperative to conduct exercises in order to vlidate and enhance the plan. Exercises range from simple table-top tests to large-scale events that come pretty close to the real thing.

BUSINESS CONTINUITY PLAN

Having a plan (plus a trained and capable team) available is key to the survival of the company should it experience a major disruption of their services. Time is the greatest enemy, so better be prepared.

BUSINESS CONTINUITY STRATEGY

What is the answer to the Business Impact Analysis? How the issues and vulnerabilities detected in the BIA be addressed? What are the options available, and at what cost?

BUSINESS IMPACT ANALYSIS

At the start of every BCM project an analysis of resources critical to the immediate output of the compay needs to be undertaken: what are the resources that hurt most if no longer available? How long may the interruption of critical business processes take without creating unacceptable losses?
